Questions
- What does "unlimited" mean?
- Unlimited means as many full mock interviews as you can practically run while your subscription is active. We rate-limit at 12/day to stop bots — no real student has hit it.
- Why does the price change with my country?
- Different markets have different willingness to pay, and we'd rather not penalise UK students with US prices or the other way around. Use the dropdown if you want to override the auto-detected currency — your card just needs to match the country.
- Refund policy?
- 7 days, no questions asked, if you haven't used a paid session. Email support@interviewmentor.ai with your account email.
- Who handles my payment?
- Stripe — the same processor most modern SaaS use. We never see card details. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account page (we use the Stripe Customer Portal).
- Tax / VAT?
- Prices include applicable tax (VAT for EU, GST for Australia/NZ/Canada/Singapore where applicable). UK students see GBP without VAT (we're under the registration threshold). The price you see is the price you pay.
- What about my data if I cancel?
- Your transcripts and reports remain accessible. You can delete your account any time from /account — that anonymises your data while keeping the (now anonymous) practice transcripts for our training corpus.
