Terms of service.

1. The service
InterviewMentor provides AI-driven mock interview practice and feedback. The reports we generate are model output, not a guarantee of any real-world interview outcome. Use them as a tool, not a verdict.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By using the service, you confirm you are.
3. Acceptable use
Don't try to extract our prompts, attack the rate limits, or scrape the rubric. Don't use the service to plan harm to anyone, including yourself. Don't upload anyone else's voice without their consent.
4. Free tier and quotas
The free tier is one 8-minute interview per week per device. Quotas are enforced per fingerprint and IP. Sharing accounts to bypass quotas is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
5. Paid plans, refunds
Pro passes are valid until used. If a session fails to deliver for technical reasons, we refund automatically. Subjective dissatisfaction with the verdict is not a refund condition — that's the product working.
6. Intellectual property
The rubric, evaluator prompts, voice personas, and scoring system are ours. Your transcripts and reports are yours. We retain a non-exclusive licence to process them for the purpose of delivering the service.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We don't promise the model will always produce the same verdict, or that any individual report is correct. Don't base irreversible career decisions on a single report.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your data from the account page. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you via the email associated with your account, where applicable. The most recent version is always at this URL.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
