Terms of service.
1. The service
InterviewMentor provides AI-driven mock interview practice and feedback. The reports we generate are model output, not a guarantee of any real-world interview outcome. Use them as a tool, not a verdict.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By using the service, you confirm you are.
3. Acceptable use
Don't try to extract our prompts, attack the rate limits, or scrape the rubric. Don't use the service to plan harm to anyone, including yourself. Don't upload anyone else's voice without their consent.
4. Free tier and quotas
The free tier is one 8-minute interview per week per device. Quotas are enforced per fingerprint and IP. Sharing accounts to bypass quotas is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
5. Paid plans
We offer three paid plans: Single (one mock interview, 30-day expiry from purchase), Monthly (unlimited mocks, billed monthly, auto-renewing), and Annual (unlimited mocks, billed yearly, auto-renewing). Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. Card payments are processed by a regulated third-party payment processor; we never see or store your card details.
5a. Refunds
You have a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked, provided you have not used a paid session in that period. After 7 days, or if you have used a paid session, refunds are at our discretion. To request a refund, email support@interviewmentor.ai from the address on your account. Subjective dissatisfaction with a verdict is not a refund condition — that's the product working as designed.
5b. Right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance-selling contract. For digital services that begin immediately upon purchase, this right CAN BE WAIVED if you expressly agree at checkout. By proceeding through Checkout for a Single tier you expressly acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately and you waive your 14-day right to cancel. For Monthly and Annual subscriptions, your 14-day right to cancel applies normally — cancel via the account page within 14 days for a full refund of the most recent payment, provided you have used no paid sessions in that period.
5c. Auto-renewal
Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the price you originally agreed to (subject to the price-change clause below). We will email you a reminder 3 days before any annual renewal. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid-up period.
5d. Price changes
We may change pricing for new customers from time to time. Existing subscriptions stay at the price you signed up at unless we give you at least 30 days' written notice via the email on your account. If you don't accept the new price, you may cancel and the change will not take effect for you.
6. Intellectual property
The rubric, evaluator prompts, voice personas, and scoring system are ours. Your transcripts and reports are yours. We retain a non-exclusive licence to process them for the purpose of delivering the service.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We don't promise the model will always produce the same verdict, or that any individual report is correct. Don't base irreversible career decisions on a single report.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your data from the account page. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you via the email associated with your account, where applicable. The most recent version is always at this URL.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
11. Operator
InterviewMentor is operated by Augment Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17190174. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” throughout these terms mean Augment Labs Ltd.
